Kim Carrano
Kim began her career as a public school teacher before expanding her expertise to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), working in a clinic setting with young clients and families on the autism spectrum. After being placed in a role by a recruiter, Kim experienced firsthand the life-changing impact of staffing and recruitment—an experience that sparked her deep appreciation and interest in the industry.
In 2023, Kim joined HiFyve, fully aligned with the company’s method, mission, and vision. She takes great pride in coordinating resources, managing priorities, and ensuring every part of the operation runs smoothly to support both the team and their clients. Kim thrives in the dynamic world of staffing, finding joy in the “new beginnings” her work creates and the excitement that comes with each opportunity.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys running, cooking, and watching football, but her greatest joy comes from spending time with family and friends. She is a familiar face at youth sporting events, passionately cheering from the sidelines.
