Kris Flood

Kris brings seven years of recruiting experience to HiFyve, along with 15 years experience in sales/marketing in healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality. Her recruiting work spans manufacturing, engineering, healthcare, finance, and sales, giving her experience with a range of industries and hiring needs. While she's worked in corporate recruiting settings, she is most energized by working with several clients on the agency side. She takes time to understand what clients need and what motivates candidates to make a career move. She enjoys the conversations behind the search, taking time to learn what the business needs, what someone wants next, and where those needs align.

For Kris, the most rewarding part of recruiting is helping people move forward while building lasting relationships with the clients she supports.

Outside of work, she holds a professional wine sommelier certification and enjoys traveling with her husband to explore culture, cuisine, and wine (of course). She is also a proud mom to two Airmen.
