Makenzie Frazier
Makenzie began her career in recruiting shortly after graduating from the University of Louisville, where she quickly discovered a passion for direct hire recruiting and the opportunity it provides to build strong, lasting relationships on both the client and candidate side. She specializes in Skilled Trades and Industrial Management roles within the manufacturing industry, partnering closely with companies to understand their operations and culture while helping candidates find opportunities where they can grow and succeed long term. Makenzie is known for her relationship focused recruiting style and her commitment to making the right match, not just filling a position.
Growing up in a blue collar family, Makenzie has a personal connection to the people she works with every day. She understands the real life impact that job changes, layoffs, career growth, and compensation can have on individuals and their families. This perspective drives her to approach recruiting with honesty, urgency, and a people first mindset, acting as a true partner to both her clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Outside of work, Makenzie is a Kentucky native who enjoys quilting and other creative projects. She also enjoys visiting National Parks, spending time outdoors, and dabbling in photography. At home, she stays busy with her two dogs, who keep life entertaining and are never too far from her side.
