Mauricio Rosengarten
Mauricio is an Executive Recruiter at HiFyve, where he connects with talented professionals, learns about different industries, and helps people explore new career opportunities.
What Mauricio loves most about recruiting is the conversations. Everyone has a unique story, different goals, and their own idea of what the next step in their career should look like. He enjoys getting to know people, understanding what motivates them, and helping them find opportunities that align with their goals. He also appreciates that every conversation brings an opportunity to learn something new!
Outside of work, Mauricio loves traveling with his wife and exploring new places together. He's also a day trader, so when the markets are open, there's a good chance you'll find him keeping an eye on the screen. It's a hobby that keeps him curious and has taught him a thing or two about patience!
