Shaye began her recruiting career in 2019 and quickly discovered a passion for permanent placement, thanks to encouragement from her sister. Since then, she has specialized in placing top talent in skilled trades and leadership roles across manufacturing, including maintenance, machining, operations, and production.
Shaye genuinely loves her work for the opportunity to build lasting relationships. Guided by her dad’s saying, 'It’s not work if you love what you do,' Shaye has built a career rooted in that philosophy. Helping people find the right fit never feels like a job. She takes pride in understanding the unique needs of both companies and candidates to create meaningful, lasting matches.
In her free time, Shaye enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with her husband and daughters. It’s a “girlie girl” world in her home, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Family means everything.
